“CalmSeed” is a self-care app designed for people who struggle with daily trauma symptoms, helping them get through each day a little more comfortably.

What I noticed after actually using the app

  • The calming background animations create a soothing atmosphere, and the more I used the app, the more it felt like a safe place in itself.
  • Since there are no ads, I didn’t have to worry about being startled or distressed by randomly displayed content.
  • Even during moments of intense flashbacks, when words were hard to process, the visual and animated guidance made it easier to continue self-care.

Where I felt its kindness
